Oceanco is in the big leagues when it comes to building super yachts. Generally super yachts do not have the image that they are very sustainable, yet Oceanco is trying to change this by building more and more sailing yachts and by adjusting their strategy. The Dutch company has their home base in Alblasserdam, but asked IRP Delft 2021 to conduct a research into the sustainable frontrunner companies in the Nordics. From this research, IRP developed a strategy roadmap for Oceanco to follow, to reach their goal of becoming the most sustainable yacht builder in the world.
