In 2022, a new digital strategy plan was created for Schlumberger in Japan. 

Market research

The viability of a new service or product will be determined through research conducted on and off site. Information about the consumer’s needs and preferences will be gathered to develop an advice. 

In 2023, an IRP team was asked to research the automotive and engineering market for Tata Steel in Mexico.

Feasibility Study

The technological, practical and financial feasibility of a proposed project, product or system is assessed. The aim of the study is to deliver an advice on whether the implementation will be a success. Throughout the study all opportunities, risks and threats are evaluated.

In 2019, a feasibility study for Royal Dutch Shell was carried out in India.

Supply chain optimization

Research into the best use of technology and resources like blockchain, AI and IoT is conducted to ensure optimal operation. Improvements are made to maximise sustainability, efficiency and performance in a supply network. 

In 2023, an IRP team was asked to conduct a project for Organon in Mexico. 

Tool Development

A wide range of tools such as dashboards, models and cockpits are created in order to carefully monitor a business process. This gives more detailed insights efficiently of a specific department. 

In 2020, a model was created for Erasmus Medical Centre to monitor the IC department.
