VARO Energy

The electric vehicle market has been exponentially growing in the last couple of years, creating the need for quick change in the established automobile industry and in international refueling infrastructure. VARO Energy asked IRP Delft to analyse the current EV-charging market and its trends to establish how to enter this unfamiliar market. As an Oil & Gas major, they are looking to adapt quickly and position themselves to take part in the energy transition. By splitting the project up into a narrowed-down market research followed by a road-to-market plan, we were able to identify an attractive entry point for VARO.
