With over 4 billion pieces of baggage being handled by Vanderlande each year, the reach of this company is extensive. Especially when taking all the clients, ranging from airports to global e-commerce players, into consideration. Vanderlande decided to go the extra mile by not only setting its own sustainability goals, but also ensuring that the future sustainability wishes of their clients can be accounted for. For IRP Delft 2021 the task to develop the right strategy for their goal: reaching a net-zero carbon footprint by 2040.
