IRP Delft, respresented by a group of four students, has assisted the Business Development department of IHC Merwede to explore and define an expansion strategy to South-East Asia. Local interviews and site visits were conducted to gain inside information on the local shipbuilding industry. The results of this exploratory research were used to define a follow-up project that was conducted in 2011.
